GNR Solar Park

At the 13th November meeting of the Parish Council, it was agreed that the Environmental Impact Assessment Scoping Report for the Great North Road Solar Park sent by the Planning Inspectorate be made available for residents to review. This has now been removed from the GNR Solar Park website but a copy can be found at EIA Scoping Report

This is a 206 page document that the Parish Council had to respond to by the 7th December 2023.  We were advised that the deadline is a statutory requirement and could not be extended.

The Parish Council has formulated its response to the above document and has submitted it to the Planning Inspectorate.  A copy can be accessed below:
